Modern building envelopes are expected to fulfill multiple requirements (whether protection, indoor comfort, energy efficient, sustainable, aesthetical merit etc.).
Designing building envelope system that satisfy these multiple requirements is a challenging task by any standard. A building envelope designer should have the ability to grasp and apply multidisciplinary skills( Civil Engg, Architecture, Mechanical Engg, Physics Science) quickly and effectively.
