You need to work from your Home and should have an internet connection.

Salary:

Initially you will be paid Rs 8000/- per month and it can be increased to Rs 15000/- based on your performance.

Job Description:

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of the end to end recruitment process.
- Good understanding of Software technologies, and the ability to screen resumes and understand the requirements.
- Effectively discuss technologies with the candidate and identify the right position for the candidate’s profile.
- Multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- IT recruitment experience preffered.

Special Skills-
- Self-starter, with an assertive & persuasive attitude.
- Confident in their abilities.

Critical Requirements-
- Needs to have good communication skills, with experience in the IT Recruitment (0- 6 months).
- Working together as a team to achieve a common goal.
